With our best bitter, we used a blend of malts to achieve a light copper hue, we then added a combination of East Kent Goldings and Northdown hops and fermented with a British ale strain. The resulting beer is a beautiful blend of bready biscuity honey notes from the malt, a slight fruity ester from the yeast and subtle bitter finish to keep it refreshing

SeaWych is our homage to the original hoppy dark ale exported from the UK to India: East India Porter. Both roasty and hop-forward, the recipe is built like Scottish porters of old: with milder Amber Malt providing the roasted flavour, while expressive and fruity UK hops give notes of citrus, blackcurrant and apricot

This natural, dehydrated juice is derived from sugar cane through a rustic, artisanal process. We’ve combined it with high-quality Colombian coffee adding both to our Classic Porter recipe, creating a complex and layered beer with a phenomenal flavour profile
