SeaWych is our homage to the original hoppy dark ale exported from the UK to India: East India Porter. Panela is the result of our collaboration with the exceptional Pura Panela, a Sheffield based company specializing in sourcing Panela from Colombia. This natural, dehydrated juice is derived from sugar cane through a rustic, artisanal process. We’ve combined it with high-quality Colombian coffee adding both to our Classic Porter recipe, creating a complex and layered beer with a phenomenal flavour profile
