For this Hazy DDH pale we used Nelson Sauvin and Pacific Sunrise to give us a combination of citrus and wine-like characteristics and used a new yeast strain called Tropical Paradise. We then double dry-hopped with a mix of Nelson, Riwaka, and Pacific Sunrise. The results are a full-bodied sessionable pale with Citrus aromas giving way to tropical elements from the yeast and Riwaka hops

Brewed in collaboration with our friends Neptune Brewery, this is a cask Munich Dunkel (dark lager) using Munich, Vienna and Cara malts in the grist to give it a fairly sweet and deep copper coloured beer with a creamy white head. Bitterness and hop character are both low, and a long, slow and cold fermentation with lager yeast results in a clean refreshing lager-style ale with flavours of fresh toasted bread and a subtle herbal, spicy aroma.
