For our first cask special we wanted to focus on one of our most used hops in the brewery Idaho 7. We use our Lager and Light Munich malts to create a light, biscuity malt base. Allowing Idaho 7 to take centre stage. With hefty additions in the whirlpool and dry hopped in the fermenter. Idaho 7 brings Tropical Mango, Grapefruit and a soft piney bitterness
