Ampersand - Cocow - 4.8% -
A rich, decadent stout with big flavours of bitter chocolate, tempered by milk sugars. Subtle undertones of dark caramel and coffee give a great depth of flavour and keep the sweetness balanced whilst the large quantity of raw cocoa nibs provide that unmistakable dark chocolate finish.

A beautiful golden beer, hopped with Citra, Centennial and Columbus and double dry-hopped with Citra

Atlantic - Fistral - 5.2% -
A strong, smooth and dry premium blonde beer. Brewed using lager and wheat malt, Fistral is light in colour with a clear, crisp character.
Atlantic - Red - 5% -
A full-bodied Celtic ale packed with malt and homegrown Fuggles hops blended with First Gold.
Beer Nouveau - Session IPA - 4.8% -
Brewed with 100% Chevalier Nouveau malt and hopped with Saaz and Fuggles. A Victorian-era beer updated for modern session drinking.
Black Lodge - Axial Tilt - 5.9% -
A lactose IPA with mangoes and oranges

Rhubarb crumble and custard pale ale
Church Hanbrewery - Bluenette - 5.5% -
Honey and oatmeal porter. Smooth, with a delicate sweetness from organic honey and rich roasted chocolate flavour from dark malts.
Mad Hatter - Tzatziki Sour - 4.5% -
A Berliner weiss brewed to mimic the flavour of Greek Tzatziki sauce, with flavours of yoghurt, mint and cucumber expertly merged into a clean, sour and tart pale base beer.
New Bristol - Beer du Jour - 4.6% -
A fruity and sweet citrus American pale ale with a dry finish.

A complex, full-bodied, silky milk stout

Pig & Porter - Honey Hill Wit - 5% -
One of the original home brewed recipes that predates the professional brewery, this refreshing wheat beer is brewed with locally sourced honey.
Red Cat - Grapefruit Crush - 4.5% -
A deliciously zesty un-fined beer using fresh grapefruit rind and lactose to add a little body and soften the mouthfeel. Spicy tropical aroma and lingering finish
Siren Craft - Home from Home - 6.5% -
Originally brewed at Reuben's in Seattle last year, this is a collaboration in the truest sense. Home from Home combines ingredients and ideas from both sides of the Atlantic, including unique house yeast strains and favoured grain combinations.
Three Blind Mice - Milk Worm - 5.3% -
Chocolate and vanilla milk porter. Silky smooth and sweet, and fantastically moreish! Made with organic cocoa and vanilla pods.
Turning Point - Lucid Dream - 5% -
Cookie cream stout, with eight malt varieties giving a complex backbone to this "dessert in a glass" beer. Cacao nibs, biscuit and oats bring cookie to the party with the cream coming from lactose in the boil and a touch of vanilla.
West By Three - Chocolate Milk Stout - 4.5% -
This deep and creamy Stout is built on a rich Chocolate malt foundation and laden with toffee aroma from the Amber and Crystal malts. It is the closest thing we could get to liquid cake. The rolled oats and Lactose sugar work together to create a velvet smooth mouth feel. The sweetness is balanced with a touch of bitterness and some subtle chocolatey notes from the Cacao Nibs
Wilde Child - Siege of Khartoum - 6.5% -
A rich and creamy porter. Dark malts combined with a healthy dose of lactose & natural peanut butter and banana flavourings
