This is brewed using a combination of pale malts and aromatic hops to produce a lighter bodied, but still fully flavoured Pale Ale. The citrus and grapefruit flavours of this well-hopped ale shine through, leading to a crisp, zesty, refreshing finish.

360 Degrees Sussex Best #42 4.2

This is the closest beer to a traditional British ale that we brew and is an evolution of the beers that we grew up drinking. A classic, copper-coloured Sussex Ale, with an underlying sweetness from the malts, giving way to a mildly spicy but fruity hop middle and a medium bitterness on the finish.

Andwell King John 4.2

This Pale Ale takes its name from the castle built by King John in 1207, which is located less than one mile from the Brewery, and from where he rode out to Runnymede to sign the Magna Carta. Our stout is packed with chocolate and roasted coffee flavours, with a slight sherry like aroma. Further bittered to balance the sweetness of the malts, the beer has a unique hoppy aroma with orange, pine and resin flavours noticeable. The mouth feel of the beer is further enhanced with a silky smooth finish.

Ascot Aureole Ale 3.3

A low strength golden ale. We've used a lot of Summit hops to give it a citrusy grapefruit flavour and aroma. It's only 3.3% so it's a perfect thirst quencher on a sunny day.

Twyford Tipple is an easy drinking tawny coloured bitter which has a satisfying malty flavour with a citrus hop finish. Named after the adjacent parish of Twyford, we think that this tipple is deliciously satisfying despite its lower alcoholic strength. The citrus hops give a refreshing, thirst quenching finish.

Binghams Vanilla Stout 5.0

Black Flag White Cross IPA 5.7

Dark Star American Pale Ale 4.7

The yeast strain used for the brewing of this American style pale ale is specially imported from the USA, along with Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops. The low colour Maris Otter malt provides a perfect light colour and dryness to complement the crisp taste and full aroma of the hops.

Dark Star Espresso 4.2

The design is based on the shield of William the Conqueror who founded Windsor Castle in 1075. Windsor and Eton Guardsman 4.2

The first new ale brewed in Windsor for more than 80 years and launched on St George's Day 2010.
